Day One
Its 24 degrees outside
I smoked my last cigarette this morning
It is freezing outside
I cannot wake up, even with coffee & breakfast
I forgot to take my birth control and meridia this morning
I have a headache and feel affected....
But I haven't smoked in 3 hours and I'm not going to, cause I'm now a quitter.....
